Half of 2024 is over allready. Later this month is my birthday, I´ll turn 44. I find it hard to process that I´m in my mid-fourties now. Kinda terrifying.

In about 1,5 months is Eurofurence, I hope to see some of you guys there!

Also I was thinking of something. How would you like an "Ask my characters anything" with my characters? Let me think what you think.

So, this terrible year is almost over, lets hope 2024 will be better.

 I have a few plans:

 - Continiue drawing Small Gods, maybe some more comics I have sketched up.

 - Birthday drawings for all of my homies (I missed some birthdays this year).

 - Depending on my financial situation I will go to Eurofurence again.

 - A small vacation in Athens with my family.

 - Hopefully meeting some of my online Homies (Maybe at EF).

 - Getting a new bookshelf since I really need one.

 - Play more Pen and Paper RPGs

 - See how I can get a promotion and/or a raise at work.

I also have a few worries. Money will be tighter as prices will rise especially energy prices with upcoming law changes. The wars in Ukraine and the Middle East are ongoing and will waste scores of innocent lives before they will be solved. And there may be some more wars on the horizont, with Venezuela threatning Guyana and the PR of China threatening Taiwan. Then there will will be presidential elections in the US which may mark a return of the Orange One to the White House, something that may have terrible consiquences for the whole world. And don´t get me startet with the ongoing climate crisis. The world is a terrifying place right now and I want you to know, we´re all in this together. It will pass and maybe there will be better days ahead. Lets hope for the best.

In any case, I wish all of you a happy, healthy, peacefull and sucessfull 2024, as free of worries as possible.

Lets try this again, shall we?

Well, next thursday is my 41th birthday. Please do NOT congratulate me yet, to a German it means bad luck if you congratulate before the actual date, you basically wish me an early death with it. That said, I can´t help but feel a certain melancolie about it. Its not as bad as with the the big Four-Oh last year but it´s basically, another year over and I have done nothing with my life. Oh well...

First of all I want to apologize for my lack of activity lately, but... I´m not feeling it. This may sound really dumb, but I dont feel like drawing lately. I don´t know why, maybe a combination of things. Work tires me out, the whole Corona situation wears me out after over one year in almost constant lock down, maybe also future insecuritys concerning the coming upload filters due to the EU Copyright directive becoming law in Germany, which may implement what I can upload to the internet... I just don´t know. I feel tired and a little burned out lately.

My to-do list looks like that:

- Back to Wonderland, 25 pages. Story about Alice and her sister stubling back into Wonderland and meeting Mary-Ann, stuck at the inks of the first page.

- Diver girl growth comic, 24 pages. Eleven pages sketched.

- Big Top Burger fanart, stuck at inks.

- Fanart for a Star Wars AU fanfic, stuck at inks

- Epiloge for the "Bigosi" story by efhosci over at FA, 3 pages. Completely sketched, worked on the inks for page one yesterday, but it looks like complete dogshit, and I think if I should restart it or drop it completely.

- Commission for Beezlerider at FA, 4 pages. First page sketched.

Also SXGodzilla suggested several ideas for commissions, but frankly, I don´t feel at all like doing commissions at the moment. Maybe I burned myself out with Macro March, Really I don´t know. I´m a bit in a low, and if anybody has an idea what I can do about this, I´m open to suggestions.
